In order for staff to administer medicine in school hours it must be prescribed by your child's doctor. The medicine must have a clear label on it from the chemist, stating the dosage required. It must also be accompanied by a completed "Request to Administer Medicine" form  Verbal messages from children can not be accepted. The medicine and signed form should be brought to the school office for safe storage.
