What time do I need to bring my child to school?
You should bring your child to the school playground (or outside Class F) for 8.50am. Class teachers will come out to collect the class at this time, ready to start the school day at 9am.

Please note: before 8.50am children are not the responsibility of school staff and should be supervised by parents/carers.

Can my child bring hot food or liquids to school?
Due to health and safety hot food or liquids are not allowed to be brought into school.

My child needs to take medicine at school, what do I need to do?
In order for staff to administer medicine in school hours it must be prescribed by your childs doctor. The medicine must have a clear label on it from the chemist, stating the dosage required. It must also be accompanied by a completed "Request to Administer Medicine" form  Verbal messages from children can not be accepted. The medicine and signed form should be brought to the school office for safe storage.

What do I do if my child is sick?
Call us as soon as possible in the morning to inform us of your childs absence. On the day your child returns to school please send a confirmation letter in detailing the reason for absence.

Important note: We ask parents not to send their children into school for 48 hours after they were last sick (or had diarrhoea) so we can help prevent spreading illnesses around the school.
