Mental Health Support

At Cherry Tree we firmly believe that our students’ mental health is paramount to their overall well-being. We encourage every child to talk about their feelings and emotions; our child friendly ‘Don’t be shy’ posters around school, guide our children on who they can speak to if they’re worried about themselves, their classmates or even an adult.

On this page you’ll find links to support and advice from the NHS and various other agencies, most of which are based in and around Warrington. Below is a power-point presentation from our School nurse, as well as a video from ‘Kooth’ which is a service aimed at children from year 5 & 6 onward.
